By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details current.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. License Grant and Restrictions
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.
You may not sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
You may not remove proprietary notices or use the Service to build a competing product.
Open-source components included in the Service are subject to their respective licenses.
4. Customer Data and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of data you upload or create in the Service ('Customer Data'). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We retain all rights in the Service, software, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
5. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
Support levels depend on your subscription plan. Response times and channels are described in your plan documentation.
We may modify features, APIs, or functionality with reasonable notice. Material adverse changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet all your requirements.
You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service is suitable for your business, regulatory, and operational needs.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODIDOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
