Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how Odidor ERP subscriptions work, including plans, billing cycles, trials, renewals, user licensing, upgrades, downgrades, and account suspension. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Payment & Transaction Policy.

By subscribing to Odidor ERP, you agree to the terms described here.

Odidor ERP is offered on subscription plans that may vary by modules, user seats, warehouse locations, transaction volume, integrations, and support level.

Plan details, pricing, and included features are displayed on our website or in your order confirmation at the time of purchase.

We may introduce new plans, modify features, or discontinue plans with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers on discontinued plans may be migrated to comparable plans.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis—typically monthly or annually—depending on the billing cycle you select at checkout.

Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each annual term. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar day each month.

All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated based on your billing address and local regulations.

We may offer free trials or demonstration access for new customers. Trial duration, eligible modules, and user limits are specified at sign-up.

At the end of a trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends or unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to limit trials to one per organization and to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

Each subscription includes a defined number of user seats. A seat is assigned to an individual user who can log in and access the Service.

You may add seats at any time. Additional seats are charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing period.

Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal unless otherwise agreed. Sharing login credentials among multiple individuals is prohibited.

You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and may result in pro-rated charges.

Downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal. Features or data limits associated with higher tiers may become unavailable after downgrade.

We may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or security concerns, with notice where practicable.

Unless you cancel before the end of your billing term, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration at the then-current rate.

We will notify you of material price changes before renewal where required by law.

You can cancel auto-renewal through your account settings or by contacting support before the renewal date.
