Define which updates a dealer needs and who keeps them current.
- Separate order receipt, production progress and delivery readiness.
- Agree the process for corrections and customer questions.
- Confirm what information belongs in your dealer portal during setup.
Review one complete order.
Use a representative order to validate the workflow before expanding to every product line.
- Check the specification against the finished order.
- Review how invoices and delivery information are handled.
- Record gaps and update the process before training the wider team.
