Bring in the drawings.
Create a company project and upload a PDF drawing set. Scope checks the file, indexes pages and prepares sheet previews. New revisions stay separate from earlier uploads.
Project + PDF revisionTurn PDF drawing sets into structured, reviewable takeoffs. Find your trade’s scope, inspect the evidence behind each value, and approve the worksheet with confidence in your review.
Estimator review required before approved export.

The dimension is stated on the elevation. Check the source before accepting the value.
A quantity on a plan. Dimensions on an elevation. A material in a note. Scope brings plans, elevations, schedules and details into one project, so specialty contractors and preconstruction teams can assemble a takeoff they can explain.
A clear path from the drawing set to a worksheet your team has checked.

Project + PDF revisionAnalyze the set for a selected trade. Scope proposes tags, quantities, dimensions and specifications where stated. Each trade has its own takeoff and review fields.
Trade-specific draftInspect each field beside its drawing source. Correct values, resolve conflicts, add items by hand or reject items outside your scope. Review decisions stay in the record.
Estimator reviewApprove the reviewed takeoff and export it as CSV or XLSX. The worksheet reflects the approved snapshot, including your decisions, rather than an unreviewed analysis.
Approved worksheetA synthetic mirrors & showers example follows one item from the drawing set to an estimator-approved worksheet.
Start with a readable PDF, keep its revision separate and select the trade.
Trace the stated width to its drawing detail and resolve the missing mounting information.
Approve the reviewed snapshot, then export it as CSV or XLSX.
The initial focus is mirrors and shower enclosures. The current trade selector also includes these window-related scopes, each with its own fields and separate approvals.

Trace mirror and enclosure scope from drawing notes to a reviewed takeoff.

Trace stated film types, dimensions, locations and performance information.
Explore this tradeWhere did it come from? What is missing? What needs a decision? Scope keeps that context with the takeoff.
Trace a proposed value to the drawing revision, page and source area used during analysis. Different fields can have different sources.
An absent fabrication or installation detail remains open for review. Scope distinguishes unstated information from a drawing fact.
Inspect alternatives when notes or sheets disagree. An estimator resolves the conflict instead of a silent choice becoming a certainty.
A typical room or repeated detail does not establish a final installed count. Multipliers and ambiguous quantities need review.
Corrections and approvals are kept in the review history. The original extraction remains distinguishable from estimator edits.
Sign-in, company membership and roles control access. PDFs stay in private storage, with downloads authorized through the app.
Scope supports your judgment. Nothing enters an approved export without estimator review.
The upload, analysis, evidence review, approval and export workflow has been exercised end to end with synthetic drawings. Scope has not yet been deployed for customers.
Discuss your review workflowWindow-related extraction has not yet been measured against a held-out set of real, estimator-reviewed projects. Results need a qualified estimator’s review before use.
Digitally generated PDFs with readable text, up to 50 MB and 200 pages per file. Scanned-only pages are visible but not analyzed. No measurement of unstated dimensions from drawing scale.
Draft takeoffs, evidence review and approved CSV or XLSX exports. Pricing, quotations, fabrication approvals, invoices and ERP transactions are outside the current workflow.
When AI analysis is configured, relevant previews and extracted text are sent to Anthropic Claude. Only submit drawings you are authorized to process this way. Hosting, retention and production procedures are still being finalized.
No. Scope creates a draft takeoff for a qualified estimator to inspect, correct and approve. It supports estimator judgment. Pricing, quotations, fabrication approvals, invoices and ERP transactions are not part of the current workflow.
Yes. Each selected trade creates a separate takeoff with its own items, review fields and approvals. You can examine the same drawing set without mixing the scope between trades.
Yes. Proposed values link to supporting drawing evidence where available, including the revision, page and source area. Inspect the evidence for each field before accepting a generated value.
Missing values remain open for estimator review. When sources conflict, the reviewer can inspect the alternatives and record a decision. Estimators can also edit fields, add items manually and reject items outside the selected scope.

Not yet. Scope is in development and has not been deployed for customers. The workflow has been exercised end to end with synthetic drawings. Window-related extraction has not been measured against a held-out set of real, estimator-reviewed projects; real-project evaluation and production hardening are still to complete.
