Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how to cancel your Odidor ERP subscription and the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

This policy supplements our Subscription Policy, Payment & Transaction Policy, and Terms of Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team through our contact page.

Cancellation requests must come from an authorized account administrator.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid term. We recommend exporting your data before access ends.

Monthly subscriptions: fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law or at our sole discretion for billing errors.

Annual subscriptions: if you cancel within 14 days of initial purchase and have not substantially used the Service, you may be eligible for a full refund.

After the 14-day period, annual fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Add-ons, implementation services, training, and custom development fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your order agreement.

We do not typically issue pro-rata refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans after the refund eligibility window.

If we terminate your account without cause, we may provide a pro-rata refund for prepaid unused fees at our discretion.

Credits issued as refunds are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond application to future Odidor services.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve billing disputes promptly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination and collection action.

Upon cancellation, you may export your ERP data during your remaining access period using available export tools.

After account closure, we may retain data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy before secure deletion.

We are not obligated to maintain or return data beyond the retention period unless required by law or a separate agreement.
