You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by dealers you provision through the dealer portal.
3. License Grant and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal manufacturing, distribution, and dealer management operations.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.
Dealer portal access must be limited to authorized dealers in your distribution network.
4. Customer Data and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of data you upload, including product catalogs, dealer records, orders, and production data ('Customer Data').
You grant us a license to host and process Customer Data to provide the Service.
We retain all rights in the Service software, documentation, and trademarks.
5. Dealer Portal Responsibilities
You are responsible for provisioning dealer accounts, setting access permissions, and ensuring dealers comply with applicable laws.
You must not grant dealer portal access to unauthorized third parties.
Pricing, product availability, and order terms displayed to dealers are your responsibility to configure accurately.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet all manufacturing, production, or regulatory requirements for your specific operations.
You are responsible for verifying that configurations, measurements, and production outputs meet your quality and safety standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODIDOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
