This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions work for Odidor ERP for Window Covering, including plans, billing, trials, renewals, user and dealer licensing, and account changes.
This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Payment & Transaction Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
Plans may vary by included modules such as sales dashboard, inventory management, production management, dealer portal, e-commerce integration, and account management.
Pricing may also depend on user seats, dealer portal licenses, warehouse locations, and order volume.
Plan details are displayed on our website or in your order confirmation at the time of purchase.
3. Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected billing cycle.
Annual plans are billed in full at the start of each term. Monthly plans bill on the same calendar day each month.
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Free Trials and Demos
We may offer trials for manufacturers evaluating Odidor ERP for Window Covering. Trial scope and duration are specified at sign-up.
Trials may include limited dealer portal seats and sample data for evaluation purposes.
At trial end, your account converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand.
5. User and Dealer Licensing
Internal user seats cover employees who access the ERP for manufacturing, sales, and operations.
Dealer portal licenses cover external dealer accounts you provision for ordering, quoting, and project management.
Additional seats and dealer licenses can be added pro-rata during your billing period.
Each user and dealer account must have unique credentials. Credential sharing is prohibited.
6. Plan Changes and Suspension
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades typically apply at the next renewal.
Removing dealer portal licenses may restrict dealer access at the next billing cycle.
We may suspend accounts for non-payment or policy violations with notice where practicable.
7. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We will notify you of material price changes before renewal where required by law.
