1. Overview
This Subscription Policy explains how Odidor CRM subscriptions work, including plans, billing cycles, trials, renewals, seat licensing, upgrades, downgrades, and account suspension. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Payment & Transaction Policy.
By subscribing to Odidor CRM, you agree to the terms described here.
2. Subscription Plans
Odidor CRM is offered on subscription plans that may vary by features, user seats, storage limits, integrations, and support level.
Plan details, pricing, and included features are displayed on our website or in your order confirmation at the time of purchase.
We may introduce new plans, modify features, or discontinue plans with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers on discontinued plans may be migrated to comparable plans.
3. Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis—typically monthly or annually—depending on the billing cycle you select at checkout.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each annual term. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar day each month.
All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated based on your billing address and local regulations.
4. Free Trials
We may offer free trials for new customers. Trial duration, eligible features, and seat limits are specified at sign-up.
At the end of a trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends or unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to limit trials to one per organization and to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
A valid payment method may be required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial converts to a paid plan, unless you upgrade during the trial.
5. User Seats and Licensing
Each subscription includes a defined number of user seats. A seat is assigned to an individual user who can log in and access the Service.
You may add seats at any time. Additional seats are charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing period.
Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal unless otherwise agreed. Deactivating a user frees a seat for reassignment within your account.
Sharing login credentials among multiple individuals is prohibited. Each active user must have their own licensed seat.
6. Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription automatically renews for the same term and at the then-current rate.
Renewal charges are applied to the payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
We will send renewal reminders for annual plans where required by applicable law.
7. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes
Upgrades to a higher plan or additional seats take effect immediately. You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Features exclusive to your current plan may become unavailable after downgrade.
If a downgrade reduces your seat count below active users, you must deactivate excess users before the downgrade takes effect.
8. Suspension for Non-Payment
If payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period specified in our Payment & Transaction Policy, we may suspend access to your account.
During suspension, you may retain read-only access or lose access entirely depending on the severity and duration of non-payment.
Extended non-payment may result in account termination and data deletion per our data retention schedule.
Reactivation requires payment of all outstanding amounts plus any applicable fees.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting us through our contact page.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
After cancellation, export your data before access ends. We are not obligated to retain data beyond our retention period.
10. Enterprise and Custom Agreements
Organizations with enterprise or custom agreements may have terms that differ from this policy. In case of conflict, the signed enterprise agreement prevails.
Volume discounts, custom SLAs, and dedicated support are available upon request through our sales team.
