You may use the Service in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and industry regulations relevant to your business (including anti-spam, data protection, and telemarketing rules).
3. Prohibited Content
You may not store, transmit, or process content that:
Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful.
Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
Contains malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt systems.
Includes child exploitation material or content promoting violence or illegal activity.
Violates export control, sanctions, or anti-corruption laws.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing messages, or deceptive communications through or in connection with the Service.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service beyond normal API usage limits.

5. Email and Marketing Compliance
If you use Odidor CRM for email outreach or marketing:
You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, India's DPDP Act, and other applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
You must obtain valid consent or have a lawful basis before contacting individuals.
All marketing emails must include accurate sender information and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
You are solely responsible for the content and legality of communications sent using or in connection with the Service.
6. Data Protection Responsibilities
As a business user of Odidor CRM, you act as a data controller for Customer Data you store about your contacts and customers.
You must have a lawful basis to process personal data, provide required notices to data subjects, and honor data subject rights.
Do not upload sensitive personal data (health, biometric, financial account numbers) unless necessary and properly secured with appropriate legal basis.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Integrations you enable must comply with this AUP and the terms of the third-party provider.
You are responsible for data shared with integrated services and for revoking access when no longer needed.
We may disable integrations that pose security or compliance risks.
8. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor usage patterns, investigate reported abuse, and take action to protect the Service and other customers.
We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.
Enforcement actions include warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent termination, and cooperation with law enforcement.
