4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable under data protection laws, we process personal data based on: performance of our contract with you; legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where required (for example, certain marketing communications or optional integrations).
You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and CRM data for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide the Service.
After account cancellation, we may retain data for a limited period to allow export, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements, after which data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention schedule.
Backup copies may persist for a limited time before being overwritten.
You are responsible for exporting any CRM records you wish to keep before closing your account.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, role-based permissions, monitoring, and regular security reviews.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and configuring appropriate access permissions for users within your organization.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
Account administrators can access, export, and delete CRM records directly within the Service where permissions allow.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Service-related communications may still be sent.
To exercise privacy rights, contact us through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
10. International Data Transfers
Odidor CRM may be hosted and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your country of residence.
