Systems & locations
Check proposed system references and the drawing locations they describe.
Review proposed storefront and curtain wall scope across system dimensions, framing, glazing, finish and location. Inspect the evidence for each stated value, then resolve gaps and disagreements before approving a trade-specific export.
For storefront & curtain wall estimators. Estimator review required.

Review system dimensions, framing, glazing and finish with their sheet references.
A short concept video follows a storefront & curtain wall item through the draft, evidence review and approval stages.
A synthetic storefront & curtain wall example follows one item from the drawing set to an estimator-approved worksheet.
Start with a readable PDF, keep its revision separate and select the trade.
Trace the stated system width to its elevation and resolve the missing frame finish.
Approve the reviewed snapshot, then export it as CSV or XLSX.
Scope can propose these values when they are stated in the selected drawing set. A missing value stays open for review.
Check proposed system references and the drawing locations they describe.
Review explicitly stated dimensions across the relevant elevation and detail references.
Inspect stated framing and glazing information and compare their sources.
Trace a stated finish to its drawing note; leave an unspecified finish open for review.
One item can draw on more than one sheet. Inspect the source for each proposed value before accepting it, then record the estimator’s decision.

The workflow has been exercised with synthetic drawings. Window-related extraction has not yet been measured against a held-out set of real, estimator-reviewed projects.
Scanned-only pages are not analyzed. Scope does not derive unstated dimensions from drawing scale or create prices, quotations, fabrication approvals or ERP transactions. When configured, AI analysis sends relevant previews and text to Anthropic Claude; only submit drawings you are authorized to process this way. Hosting, retention and production procedures are still being finalized.
Read the workflow detailsYes. Proposed values can have their own drawing evidence, including revision, page and source area. An estimator should inspect each source rather than assuming that one detail explains the whole item.
No. The current workflow ends with an approved takeoff snapshot exported as CSV or XLSX. Fabrication approvals, pricing, quotations and ERP transactions are outside the current workflow.
