How to add custom attributes or fields inside the invoice or estimates inside the Odidor Window Covering ERP.
Steps to add custom fields:
1. Navigate to settings:Go to theInvoice settingsorEstimate settingssection (0:19-0:27).
2. Define the attribute:Enter the name of your new attribute, such as "description" (0:29-0:38).
3. Add special notes:You can also include default text for things likeguarantees or warrantiesthat will appear whenever you send out an invoice or estimate (0:44-0:57).
4. Configure PDF settings:Adjust the orientation and layout for your document's PDF format (0:59-1:05).
5. Save and verify:Once you save your settings, navigate back to your invoice or estimate to see the new custom input field ready for use (1:05-1:20).
