General Info & Rates:the profile name, a rate per product type, discounts and the dealers who use the profile.
Add Dealers:tick every dealer who should use this profile. There's no need to price each dealer separately.
Add-on tabs:Headrail, Lift Style, Fabric and Bottom Rail add-ons. Lift Style covers both motors and normal lift hardware.
Product rates work the same way as legacy rates.
Step 4: Discounts
Add discounts in the profile'sDiscountssection (name, type such as Percentage, and value). UseAdd Discountfor more than one.
Discount Calculation Typematters only when there's more than one discount:
Additive:the percentages are added together. Standard 30% + Seasonal 30% = 60% off.
Sequential:each discount is applied in turn to the amount left after the previous one.
Before or after add-ons
Set this inProduction Settings → Discount Calculation Method:
Apply Discount Before Add-ons:the discount comes off the base price only. Add-ons are then added at full price.
Apply Discount After Add-ons:add-ons are added to the base price first, and the discount comes off the total.
Step 5: Add-ons and the add-on matrix
On a profile's add-on tab (for exampleHeadrail Add-ons), each headrail and product type row has anAdd Onvalue and aUnit Rate:
SQFT:the add-on is charged per square foot.
Individual:a direct price per unit.
Linear:the value comes from the add-on matrix, not from this row.
Rows with an add-on of 0 are ignored. ClickUpdate Headrail Config(or the matching button on each tab) to save.
Add-on matrix
Go toMatrix Configurations → List Add-On Matrixto view or edit a matrix.
Item CategoryandSelect Items:which items use the matrix (for example three fabrics).
Product Dependencies:which product types it applies to (for example Zebra Blinds).
Matrix Type:1D (Linear) uses one dimension; 2D uses two.
Dimension Type:Width or Height, in the app's measurement unit (inches by default).
Dimension Array:the breakpoints, for example 24, 30, 36 … 102. ClickApply, then enter an add-on value for each.
Example (width): up to 24 in → 38; up to 30 in → 47; up to 36 in → 56, and so on. When an order uses one of the selected items, the add-on is picked automatically from the order's width.
ClickUpdate Matrixto save.
Step 6: Check the price on an order
Open the order and chooseActions → Price Breakdownto see each line.
Example: Zebra Blinds at 8 sq ft, rate $3, headrail add-on $8, fabric add-on $75 (from the matrix), 60% discount.
