Let's get started by adding a new client to the CRM.
Click on the CRM menu
Click "Add Client" to start creating a new client profile.
Fill up the client's information to create the profile.
Once the client information is filled out, click on "Add Client" to create the client profile. Once the profile is created lets go and create an appointment.
Click "Add Appointment" to begin scheduling a new appointment for the client.
Click "Search by name or phone..." to find the client for the appointment.
Search for the client by name or phone number. Once the client is selected, let's go and link the order that is related to this client.
Click "Link order..." to associate an order with the appointment or the client.
Search for the relevant order by tag or order ID. Then select the order, and link it to the client.
Click "Create Entry" to finalize the appointment creation process.
You have successfully added a new client and scheduled an appointment in Odidor ERP. Verify the client details and appointment appear correctly in the system. For further management, explore editing client profiles or managing additional appointments.
