When someone fills in the contact form on your website, Odidor CRM saves it as a lead automatically. This guide shows where to find those leads, how to review them, how to move them through your pipeline or convert them to clients, and how to set up your own lead stages.
In the sidebar, under CRM, click Leads.
The cards at the top show:
Use Search leads, the All sources filter and the sort menu (for example Newest first) to narrow the list.
Switch between two views at the top left of the list:
Click any lead to open its details. You'll see:
At the bottom of an open lead, under Move to:
Button | What it does |
Contacted | Marks the lead as contacted |
Convert to Client | Turns the lead into a client in the CRM |
Archived | Archives the lead |
To remove a lead completely, click Delete.
Converted and Archived are built in and can't be deleted.
To connect your website's form to Odidor CRM, go to Settings → Org Settings in the sidebar (under Admin). This is where you create the secret API key your web form uses to send leads into the CRM.
